In Thailand, massage is part of everyday life: something you give time to, not something you squeeze in. That is the spirit of this small studio in the old streets of Sant Pere, a few steps from the heart of El Born.

Each visit is booked ahead, so nobody waits and nobody is rushed. You tell us how you feel today, and the hour is shaped around that.

Three ways to begin

We open with three massages. Longer experiences and other activities will follow.

Traditional Thai

Rhythmic pressure with palms, thumbs and forearms along the body's energy lines, woven with slow, assisted stretches. Worn in loose, comfortable clothes, without oil.

Warm oil poured from a small ceramic jug into an open palm

Relaxing

Warm oil, long unhurried strokes and gentle to medium pressure. For the evenings when the only goal is to switch off.

Deep tissue

Slow, firm work on the places that hold on to tension, such as the neck, shoulders and back. Expect to feel it gently through the following day.

Before you come

When do you open?

We are finishing the space and its licences, so the date isn't confirmed yet. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you as soon as it is.

Can I just walk in?

No. Every visit is booked in advance, so the room is ready for you and nobody has to wait.

What should I wear?

For Traditional Thai, loose and comfortable clothes, as no oil is used. For Relaxing and Deep tissue, simply come as you are.

Which massage should I choose?

Traditional Thai if you want to move and stretch, Relaxing if you want to let go completely, Deep tissue if one area is very tight. If you are unsure, ask us and we will help you decide.

Is this the same place as Mantra Thai Massage?

It is its sister. Mantra Thai Massage is the original studio, near the Sagrada Família, and it opens daily from 11:00 to 22:00. Mantra Thai Wellbeing in El Born has its own menu, prices and hours.
